The premium booster VAS 843 007 is a modular riveting and stamping tool for different applications. It is the basic unit for processes such as stamping, clinching, pressing out and various riveting procedures.
The premium booster is an enhancement of its predecessor, as it is designed not only for perforating, for pulling rivets and for placing rivets in mixed construction. It is also possible to punch holes of up to 8 mm in ultra-high-strength steels (e.g. B-pillar) which are required for gas metal arc plug welding. This makes work easier and saves time.
Handling has also been optimised. It is possible to approach the area to be machined at a high speed and without force in order to position the tool, then the work step is performed with the corresponding force.
In addition, the supplementary kit for placing pop rivets, riveted bolts and pop rivet nuts has been optimised. In line with the variety of these connecting elements, there are several pull cylinders, which simplify and reduce the constant conversion of the premium booster.
